Complimentary shuttle bus to and from airport. Clean room and clean bed. ‘Vanity kit’ a nice touch. Breakfast was included in room rate and was delicious. Multiplugs with USB on the wall were conveniently located next to the bed and at the desk. Staff were lovely.

Pillows were terrible. Fan / AC was loud, even when you put it on low speed. I like hotels that try to be eco friendly by using big bottle toiletries, however the ones in my room were strangely located (eg shampoo next to the sink) and they would detach from the wall making them difficult to use. Toilet paper scratchy.

The location was good and close to the airport. The airport shuttle service was really helpful. House keeping cleaned the room very well. Breakfast was good and had variety.

Some of the facilities need maintenance. Example, the toilet door needs replacement as over time water had destroyed the bottom. There were points were the AC vents were leaking (the life areas on ground floor). Somrl delays were experienced when dental, kit and extra pillows were resquested from front desk.

Location is very good, close to airport and other hotels and Marina Mall. Staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast is very good.

The hotel looks outdated, in the rooms the decorations are falling apart, the airco makes a lot of noise and should be cleaned or renewed. Same as for the overall fit out of the hotel. Doors in the room are not solid anymore, the stone floor is outdated, the bad room can use an overhaul. Also, the price increase of 60$ per night within 1 year is for me unexplainable since the hotel did not get upgraded or offer anything better than 1 year ago.

Rooms too small n no option to order the food o want. It’s only buffet BF. lunch n dinner. Charges like a 4 star hotel. No porter / coincerage services.

The room smells so bad and air con too noisy (and cold) so I switched it off throughout my stay. The food is ok but not great.

we were asked to pay for the rooms at check in, not check out and it caused quite inconvenience because the person who was in charge of payment was not available so we had to collect money from our guests.. embarrassing. no hotel had asked advanced payment so far.

Nice hotel for short business travel. Very close to the airport. Excellent espresso.

Not a la carte restaurant. Only buffet, a rich one but still a buffet...

I am not satisfied with the experience I had: - delayed pickup at the airport although I was asked to provide all flight details. I had to call the front desk after waiting outside with my luggage as nobody was waiting for me; - No quiet place in the hotel to have a business conversation, and interdiction to use the restaurant tables; - very noisy fan in my room, making the use of air conditioning impossible while sleeping; - after a sleepless night and and an early wake up to catch an early flight, I checked out at 2:30 am (this already took 30'!!) and asked if I could have some food instead of the breakfast that would only start at 6:30. I was served a coffee and a sandwich that I saw as a first sign of sense of hospitality from your staff.... and as I headed outside the waiter ran after me to CHARGE me for that, which had NOT been mentioned previously. I insisted and reminded them of the above problems but the receptionist and waiter would not let me go. So I paid this. and left with an extremely bad impression. My choice for Ibis was because I supposed it was the best/handiest option for business and I found out the smaller hotels I used during my stay in Ghana have a much better sense of hospitality, get out of their way to make things easy, when in contrast my stay at Ibis was a series of problems to solve and disappointment on how the staff handled it

Close to the airport, fast check in and check out. Good rooms with all the basics you need

Make sure you get a room at the quiet side of the hotel, not facing the busy main road.

I have stayed here a number of times and the staff are consistently helpful and charming. Breakfast is very good and there is a free airport shuttle bus.

only food is good

cleanses is not good , waiters re not trained , house keeping are not trained too and they don't know any thing about ploitness that they should knock the door before entering the room not because they have a card so they access , wifi is not good , AC at the lobby and reception wasn't working at the date of my arrival , rate of booking same like the hotel , value of money is very expensive , gym very less than normal , noisy Room , reception after i did my payment i found that i didnt the final invoice... really very funny story

Location was prime due to its proximity to the airport

The rooms are designed for convenience and not necessarily comfort with the bare necessities. The bathroom have not tiles with poor quality bath soap and lotion. No fridge or minibar facilities and tv picture quality very poor.

Food

The rooms are dirty with hair all over the floor. The air conditioning system drops water on the floor. I called the cleaners several times before they came to clean the room with dirty rags.
